  • All our biscuits are handcrafted and perishable food items.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

  • Once payment is confirmed, the order will be processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Special occasion items cannot be cancelled.

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of incorrect, damaged, or missing products, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Cancellations

  • Special occasion items cannot be cancelled.

  • Once processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Pista House shall not be held responsible for:

    • Delays or non-delivery caused by courier services.

    • Customer-provided incorrect addresses.

    • Allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption of our products (ingredients are clearly disclosed).

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including logos, images, text, product designs, and recipes, are the intellectual property of Pista House.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
