Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

During festive seasons, special occasions, or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address, courier partner, and service type (standard or express, wherever available).

Estimated delivery dates shown on the website are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
✅ Courier delays or operational issues
✅ Weather conditions or natural calamities
✅ Government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events
3. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

After dispatch, Pista House does not have control over transit timelines, but we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner in case of issues.
4. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make at least two delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

In such cases, reshipping will require additional shipping charges.
5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes.

For international orders, shipping timelines and charges vary based on the destination country and will be communicated before dispatch.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is received in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 12 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

In case the shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be issued only after confirmation from the courier company.
7. Non-Delivery & Delays

Delays due to courier logistics are beyond our control. Pista House will not be held liable for compensation in such cases, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier partner.
