Return Policy

At Pista House, we strive to deliver our products in perfect condition and ensure our customers are completely satisfied. However, due to the perishable nature of many of our items, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Perishable Products (Sweets, Bakery, Biryani, etc.)

Due to food safety and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on perishable goods once they are delivered.

However, if:

  • Your order was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was stale or spoiled upon arrival

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@pistahouse.in with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit, based on availability and your preference.

2. Non-Perishable Products (e.g., Packaged Masalas, Gift Boxes, Merchandise)

Returns on non-perishable products are accepted within 7 days of delivery, if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at info@pistahouse.in with your order details and reason for return. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once your return or issue is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a store credit within 7-10 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or bank transfers.
